Wingstop has been a family favorite once a month. From ordering online to pick up, it's always been a smooth process. Staff has always been friendly.
Terrific meal for 4! After giving this local Wingstop a shot a couple months ago, we decided to try again. Out last experience was food related and had nothing to do with service. The order was correct and the wings were delicious, but the fries, the veggie sticks, and sauces missed the mark. Cold fries and warm veggie sticks says it all. HOWEVER, we returned and gave them another shot. They hit a home run. The Chicken wings were better than the 1st attempt. The veggie sticks we nice and chilled and the portions were right where they needed to be. They even provided plenty of dipping sauces this time. My wife and I looked at each other as we took our first bites. We both smiled simultaneously, and immediately knew we made the right choice of coming back. The chicken was tender, hot and spit on! Thank you for making it right. We assumed it was just a bad day in the kitchen. It happens. The price: When the food is prepared properly and the order is placed/filled correctly, then the price is irrelevant. When the order is incorrect and the food is slopped together with any pride, it is very apparent. It is instances like this that can turn an eager customer into a dissatisfied customer, left with feelings of regret after spending good money ($60). Thank you again, we shall return.
I would say this is one of the better Wingstop locations in the big Pasadena area. Lived in Pasadena my whole life so I've tried all the Wingstop locations at separate times so I can evaluate on average which one is worth to buy!! Although I do not suggest coming to this location because the wait will be way longer- definitely order delivery from this location. The fries are never soggy and they always listen to the special requests in the delivery apps. This place always gives warm food and never fails to give a couple extra boneless wings. Go to this one guys !!

I stopped by this wingstop on the 8th and I was craving a Mild chicken sandwich and it was a little too spicy for me (embarassing I know) but it was great. I also tried the lemon pepper fries and they were very delicious. The store is well kept and clean, they have a trash bin for trash!! and we had a young man take our food to us how kind! ive never experienced that in any wingstop before when I dine in. I usually get called by my name to pick it up but for this store they brought it to me! The customer service was magnificent I was helped out by Stefany and she was so friendly and so sweet. The employees at this store are doing a terrific job.
